• Please ensure the property is left tidy upon departure.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
• Maximum of 8 guests.
• Only guests included on the booking are permitted to stay overnight.
NO SMOKING
• Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the property.
• Please use the designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
• Parties, large gatherings and events are strictly prohibited.
• Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
NO PETS
• For the comfort and safety of all our guests, pets are not allowed at the property.
RESPECT THE PROPERTY
• Please treat the property as you would your own and report any damage as soon as possible.
• Please switch off lights and appliances, and lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
SAUNA
• Enjoy our unique hand-crafted rustic luxury sauna.
• Read and follow the sauna instructions provided.
• Children should always be supervised.
• For your own safety, stay hydrated and do not exceed recommended session times.
• Please ensure the sauna is switched off after use.
HOT TUB
• We ask that you please shower beforehand, and fake tan, oils or lotions must not be worn in the tub.
• Children must always be supervised.
• For safety, no glass in or around the tub, and it may not be used if under the influence of excessive alcohol.
• Note that if the tub requires additional cleaning due to misuse, additional charges may apply.
